Pitchside terms.
Plain-English terms for putting your business on the advertising boards in an upcoming part. Version 2026-10-20.
How it works
- Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
- We review every application. If we'd like to go ahead, we email you the part, the placement and the price (from £50, the total including VAT where it applies). You pay only if you accept.
- We can decline any application without giving a reason.
What goes on the board
- Boards are drawn in the series' hand-drawn style. We may restyle, shorten or simplify your wording or logo so it fits the scene and reads on a phone screen.
- The audience includes under-18s. We don't accept boards for gambling, alcohol, tobacco or vapes, adult content, weapons, or anything else unsuitable for a young audience.
- No misleading claims, and nothing that copies another business's name or branding.
- Boards are paid advertising. Every post that includes a paid board is labelled as an ad (for example "#ad" or Instagram's paid partnership label), as UK advertising rules require.
Your name and logo
By applying you confirm you're allowed to act for the business and that you own, or have permission to use, the name, wording and any logo you send us. If we go ahead, you give us permission to show them in that part, and in clips and posts promoting it, for as long as the part stays online.
Payment, timing and refunds
- Payment is taken through Stripe once you've accepted our offer. We never see your card number.
- Your board appears in the part we agreed. If a part slips, we'll tell you and move your board to the next one, or refund you in full if you'd rather.
- Once production on your part starts, the board can't be changed.
- We don't promise a number of views or followers.
Your details
We use the details in this form (business name, your name, email, website or Instagram, and your board text) only to review your application, contact you about it, and make your board. We don't sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
- The site runs on our hosting provider's server behind Cloudflare, and payments go through Stripe. They process data for us under their own terms.
- If we decline your application, we delete it within 12 months. If we go ahead, we keep it as an order record for 6 years.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
